Kumta [KT] is well connected through Konkan railways, which has frequent trains plying from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Mangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Margao, Karwar towards Mangalore (Mangalore Central [MAQ] and Mangalore Junction [MAJN]), Kumbakonam and also vice versa. The journey between Margao & Kumta takes not more than 2 hours. The Railway Station is very near to city situated about a kilometer away from National Highway.

Yana is a pilgrim center located amongst the evergreen forest of the Sahyadri Mountains. Yana is famous for these two massive rock outcrops known as the Bhairaveshwara Shikhara and the Mohini Shikhara (“Shikhara” means “hill”). The huge rocks are composed of solid black, crystalline Karst limestone. Bhairaveshwara Shikhara is 120 metres (390 ft) in height, while the Mohini Shikhara, which is smaller, is 90 metres (300 ft) in height. Yana is also well known as a pilgrimage centre because of the cave temple below the Bhairaveshwara Shikhara where a Swayambhu (“self manifested”, or “that which is created by its own accord”) linga has been formed. Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary is the second largest wildlife sanctuary in Karnataka. The sanctuary which, declared a tiger reserve in 2007, is crisscrossed by River Kaneri and River Nagajhari, tributaries of River Kali.
The sanctuary is the natural habitat for several wildlife species such as tigers, leopards, black panthers, elephants, gaur and langur. Jungle jeep safaris are the best way to see these animals many of which also climb atop the cars.
On a ride down the river, a variety of birds can be sighted. Hornbills flying around, kingfishers, darters and egrets make up more than 300 species of birds. Different types of reptiles are also found.

“Health city Bangalore” Provides Site dimensions of 30X40, 30X50, 40X60, and50X80. Rate per sqft is Rs.760.Payment will be made in four installments in between 30 months of time period. Booking of the plot will be accepted on 30% of down payment of total sale value. The remaining balance amount has to be paid in 3 installments as and when demanded depending upon the development of the layout. Time required for the completion of layout will be about 30 months. Allotment of plot will be confirmed on the first come first serve basis. Ans) Yes. You can do it by paying Rs 10 and filling up transfer of shares in a prescribed form from the date of completion of your membership tenure of one year and also you will get benefit of plot rate prevailing at the time of transfer.
